SUMMARY:CACEA Annual General Meeting and Town Hall
DESCRIPTION:his is a key meeting for all CACEA members and supporters. During the Annual General Meeting (AGM)\, members (Full and Junior categories) will be asked to approve the 2025 AGM minutes\, the 2025 year-end financial statements\, and elect the CACEA Board of Directors. \nAll documents\, along with the agenda\, will be shared with members soon. \nFollowing the formal portion of the event\, CACEA will host a presentation led by a guest speaker\, followed by an interactive and open Town Hall discussion. \nCannot Attend the AGM But Want To Be Part of the Voting?\nCACEA voting members who can’t attend the AGM can complete a Proxy Form which appoints a member (Full or Junior category) to vote on their behalf. Please forward your completed form to info@cacea.ca by February 20\, 2025 by 5:00pm Eastern Time Zone. \nWhile this will delivered as a webinar to allow us to track attendance\, participants will have the opportunity to participate in the meeting and ask questions. \nRegistration:\nCACEA Members: Free (CEC = 3)\nNon-members: $25 plus tax \nAfter you register with CACEA\, please check your confirmation email and complete the Zoom registration requirements in order to receive your unique webinar link.
