CACEA Board of Directors
CACEA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected annually by the membership at the Annual General Meeting (typically in March). The Board provides strong governance, strategic leadership, and focused advocacy on behalf of Canada’s Energy Advisors (EAs).
With a commitment to accountability and sustainability, the Board ensures that CACEA remains a responsive and representative Association. Broad regional and industry representation is a priority, ensuring that the diverse perspectives of Canada’s EA community are reflected in decision-making, member services, and CACEA’s advocacy efforts.
CACEA is also supported by a volunteer committee structure, which helps advance the Board’s strategic direction and engages members in key areas of the Association’s work.
CACEA members can access key governance documents in the Member HUB.
